Online appointment booking for patients

If you are our patient, online booking is the fastest way to an appointment. You see the free times yourself, at any time of day, and send a request in a few clicks.

For that you need a patient account. You create it only once, and after that you book whenever you need to.

1. Create a patient account

Open the registration page and choose the "Patient" account type.

Enter your first name, last name, username, email, phone and password.
Add your parent's name, your Serbian personal ID number (JMBG) or passport number for foreign citizens, address, date of birth and sex.
A 6-digit code valid for 15 minutes arrives by email. Enter it and your account request is sent to us for approval.

2. Wait for approval

Our staff approve patient accounts after checking your identity. This way nobody can open an account in your name and see your data.

Once your account is approved, you receive an email and can sign in.

Already have a guest account? Do not create a new one. Send a "Become a patient" request from your account.

3. Book through the portal

Choose a free time that suits you and send a request.
A request is not yet a confirmed appointment. The appointment is valid once it has the status "Confirmed", and you receive an email about it.
If the chosen time does not work, we will suggest another one.
You can also cancel an appointment from the panel with the "Cancel appointment" button.

4. Prefer the phone?

5. Good to know

We do not treat children: we have no paediatrician and no paediatric services.
We give medicines and infusions only from our own supply. You cannot bring your own medicine (for example Zometa) for us to administer.
No referral is needed for examinations and diagnostics.
